"Expected an easier return process"
I ordered a bikini and was really hoping it would work out, but the fit just wasn’t right. I figured returning or exchanging it would be straightforward, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I was kinda nervous about ordering the right bikini size, but it ended up fitting really well. The size chart was actually super helpful lol. Both the top and bottoms are comfy, and there weren’t any weird gaps or anything. Def happy with it.

I got this bikini last week and I’m actually impressed. The fabric feels thick and soft, not like that flimsy see-through material some brands try to pass off as swimwear, which feels a bit wrong when people are paying good money.
I wore it in the pool and washed it once already, and the shape and colors still look the same. The sizing was accurate too, so overall I’m happy with it and would definitely order again.

"Helpful Support When I Needed It"
I had to check in about my order, i just trusted my instinct and reached out instead of waiting around. They got back to me quickly and helped sort things out. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they were helpful enough, and everything got handled in the end.
